Alex is a real history geek, a former italian teacher and now a teacher at Lyon 2 University in the training for guides, he has been a tour guide since 2010. His job allows him to share his three passions in life: eating, drinking, and laughing ! In particular, he underwent training on cheese production

Specialized in gastronomy, he has also founded the company New Generation Guide that offers interactive tours in Lyon

Favorite spot in Lyon: Les Halles Paul Bocuse (THE temple of gastronomie française !)

Favorite meal: Magret de canard sauce poivre vert (duck breast fillet with green pepper sauce), paired with a Cote Rotie (red wine from the Rhone valley)
